Local Government Pay Offer 2014/15

UNISON balloted it’s member’s about the 1% pay offer for 2013/14.  The ballot result narrowly agreed to accept the offer, however the employers group COSLA decided that they were extending the offer to cover a two year period including 2014/15 – this happened out-with any bargaining discussions.

As a member led trade union we need to know if you find this acceptable so a consultative ballot will now take place.  Please look out for a ballot paper in June and please take the time to return it as quickly as possible.  Further information will follow.
