School Uniform Grants

UNISON is the only trade union with a separate financial support organisation called “There for You”  for its members.

In these difficult times more and more people are worrying about their bills and “There for You” helps UNISON members who find themselves under financial pressure and our members can seek support at any time.

“There for You” has identified two expenses which often cause money worries.   Bills for winter heating and school uniforms can put undue pressure on already tight budgets, so Grants are now available to help meet these costs.  The School Uniform Grant is now open for applications and the Winter Heating Grant becomes available later in the year.  Click the link below to download an application form which includes a short “Cost of Schooling” survey.
