YOUNG WORKERS SUMMER TRAINING WEEKEND 2019

The programme will included introductory workshops for new young members, giving them a chance to learn about the history of unions, how they work and what role they can play. For more experienced young members, there will be a variety of workshops aimed at increasing their skills and knowledge to help progress in their union role, as well as looking towards their future for when they turn 27.

• 6pm Friday 2^nd August – 3pm Sunday 4^th August 2019
• Stirling Court Hotel, Stirling University
• Includes 2 nights’ accommodation (Fri/Sat) and travel costs
• All meals included from dinner on Friday night to lunch on Sunday

Group 1 is for young members with little or no experience, who haven’t attended any UNISON conferences, meetings, or training;

Group 2 is for young members who have attended before, or who have attended UNISON conferences, meetings, and/or training
