Equal Pay Report

The Branch has been informed that members with Equal Pay Claims still employed by Dumfries and Galloway Council will receive BACS payments next week, and those no longer employed by Dumfries and Galloway Council will receive cheques shortly after.

The Branch AGM meetings in Stranraer and Dumfries received and approved a report on equal pay in Dumfries & Galloway Council.  The report includes information on past inequalities, single status, the new job evaluation scheme and the outcomes from the North case that UNISON won in 2013.
