Job Evaluation Grievance Settled

Following a series of detailed discussions with HR we have agreed to settle the collective grievance which we submitted in January.  This means that the submissions that were on hold can now be heard.

We are content that the arrangements which are now in place will ensure a fair and equitable scheme which UNISON can have confidence in.
