UNISON AGM 2018 – CALLING NOTICE

The venues are:

Monday, 19^th of March

1. 12:00-13:30, Lecture Theatre, DGRI
2. 17:30-18:30, Georgetown Library, Dumfries. Coffee and cakes available from 17:15

Thursday, 22nd of March, 17:30-18:30, Stranraer College. Light Buffet available from 17:15

We are seeking, nominations for Branch Officers and Stewards posts and Branch motions.  The relevant forms are available from the Branch office or by clicking here. Completed forms should be received at the Branch Office no later than Monday, the 12^th of March 2018.

Members requiring crèche facilities should contact the Branch Office no later than Monday, the 12^th of March 2018.  The crèche is only available to members who have made arrangements in advance.  Any carers allowance must also be arranged before the meeting.

A good attendance at the Annual General Meeting is essential to the running of the Branch. We would be grateful if you could make every effort to attend, please encourage your colleagues as well to ensure that the Branch is able elect its officers and have structures in place to support members through this year’s difficult challenges.
