AGM 2022 – CALLING NOTICE

All Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Dumfries & Galloway Branch on Thursday 24th February, 2022 by Teams, but this may change to a physical meeting if Covid restrictions allow.

Nominations for Branch Officers must be notified to the Branch office by 18th February 2022 and any Motions for the AGM must be received at the Branch office by 28 January 2022.

There will be 2 aggregated meetings to enable members on shift work to attend at;

• 12.30pm
• 17.00pm

Each meeting is expected to take about 1-1.30hr at most.

Prior to the meeting Members will be given links to join at their preferred meeting time.

Creche/Carers Allowance
If a physical meeting takes place, Members requiring crèche facilities should contact the Branch no later than 18th February, 2022. The crèche cannot be made available to members who have not contacted the office in advance. Carers allowance where required must also be arranged in advance with the Branch.

A good attendance at the Annual General Meeting is essential to the running of the Branch.

Please make every effort to attend to set branch policies and ensure that the branch can elect its officers and have its structures in place to continue to support the membership.
