New Council Accident & Incident Report Form

Dumfries & Galloway Council has updated its Accident – Incident Report form.

The new form is shorter and easier to follow and complete. UNISON Branch Health and Safety Officer Karen Korus said, “Many people found the previous form quite intimidating to fill in, so many smaller incidents went unreported. This new form should hopefully encourage better reporting of accidents and incidents which will ultimately make life safer for all DGC employees.”
