Scottish Government Consultation on the Draft Physical Intervention in Schools Guidance

We are pleased to let you know that the public consultation on the draft physical intervention in schools guidance launched this morning, Tuesday 21st June. The consultation will be open until 25 October to allow for engagement with school staff and pupils early in the new term. I have included a link to the draft guidance and the public consultation below. I have also added a link to the Scottish Government’s news release and tweet. We would be grateful if you could share these with your colleagues and networks to encourage consultation feedback.

The Scottish Government are planning specific engagement events and would also be happy to input to any consultation events if that would be helpful. Easy read versions of the guidance and consultation questions are also available and can be accessed by clicking the link to the draft guidance.
